the ship!

haha so i was talking to tom and maybe have been talking to tom about leadership for sometime.. yea i know i sound like a weird geek or noob like that but i was really fussing over my leadership role in highlights for a very long time! i hope almost none of my highlighters read this cos it might seem quite bad on me..

anw yes TOM has been very inspiring lor... telling me about how to deal with stuff.. and i remember him indirectly being the first one to inspire me and my leadership journey. the time when i learnt about trusting my members. and i'm SIGH still trying to keep absorbing and learning from his and my experiences. okay today's kinda an emo and stressful night.. at like 12.36am.. so yar pardon me.. ever since my emo sms, i think he has been super supportive.. although he still dumps me saigang. RAH.

and another person is paul tern! who is super sweet and supportive (and has a scandal) haha but yar. i really was very inspired by his OH-K talk in retreat and his letter and sms and emails and dinner haha many many. aiya i'm just glad i've been learning stuff from him! i remember the first highlights meeitng being damn screwed up! gosh and he and jiahao stayed back to talk to me and yityng and i was really freaked out and disheartened!

that was when i followed grace! and her way of addressing people! her way of organizing things and trying to get everyone involved!

then i had nat! who sent me many long emails trying to encourage me to pull through and giving me all the support that i need and willingly handling both EA and highlights.. telling me about how to be a better leader..

then sharon who is really very inspirational. although she never directly talked to me about highlights and stuff but her actions are soooo super selfless and respectable. gosh! that really rocks please.

then yanhan whom i recently talked to. i'm gona also learn the way she addresses the people and how she handled heading council.. admirable people. omg.

okay none of the above people are gona see this post but heck! i just really want to express my gratitude to these people.

oh oh and my very supportive subsubcomm i/cs.. seriously they just really pull through with me! seems like only a few VERY FEW people feel like they have a stake in highlights.. which is BAD but sigh i hope we can all pull through and everyone will feel like they are part of it!
